The following reports were taken by the Fairfield County Sheriff’s Office:

BLAIR

Feb. 11

Identity theft was reported off Dave Jenkins road where the victim reported someone had filed his taxes without his knowledge.

WINNSBORO

Feb. 12

Roger Eugene Weaver, 43, of 127 WH Kiser Rd., Lincolnton, N.C. was arrested for speeding and for driving with a suspended license.

Thomas Elliot Robertson, 56, of 61 Pumphouse Road was arrested and charged with writing a bad check. The victim came forward after seeing a television report of Robertson being jailed for breach of trust.

Grand larceny occurred off of Cowhorn Road. A tandem axle equipment trailer, a walk behind concrete power trowel and a Bobcat skid steer loader were reported stolen.

A violation of trespass notice occurred at Winnsboro Arms apartments.

Feb. 13

Burglary/breaking and entering and vandalism were reported off of Birch Street.

A juvenile female allegedly made threats at Fairfield Middle school. When the student moved into the hallway in a disruptive manner, the school resource officer intervened. School staff handled the violation of school FCSD policy and the resource officer forwarded paperwork to DJJ for proper handling.
