The Town of Winnsboro Annex building will be open for business on Monday at 8 a.m. The new building located at 610 Moultrie St. will be open Monday-Friday from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. offering all the amenities as the old location but this one will include a drive payment area. An official grand opening will be held at a later date.
