Carrie Frances Timms of Winnsboro has received a General Federation of Women’s Clubs Scholarship to attend Midlands Technical College.
Timms, who is pursuing a degree in pre-health care, was recommended for this honor by Lisa Cathcart, the education department head of the Winnsboro Woman’s Club.
