OTTIS WINSTON LEGRAND

WINNSBORO — A memorial service for Ottis Winston LeGrand, who died Dec. 21, 2012, at his home will be held Saturday, Dec. 29, 2012, at Christ Central Community Center, 235 S. Congress St. in Winnsboro with Pastor Jimmy Burroughs presiding.

The family will receive friends after the service.

He was the the husband of Ginny Williams LeGrand and the son of the late Ottis Winston and Kathleen McLendon LeGrand, Sr. He was born in Columbia on August 26, 1951 and attended Spartanburg Junior College. He worked as a machinist for Siemens and attended Winnsboro First Church of the Nazarene.

In addition to Ginny, his wife, Ottis is survived by a daughter, Michelle LeGrand of Charleston; two step-daughters, Virginia Barron of Columbia, Linda Kingsmore of Prosperity; a brother, Mark (Laura) LeGrand of Belmont, NC; a sister, Kathy (Johnny) Henderson of Blythewood; grandson, Peyton Kingsmore, and sister-in-law, Trev (William) Sherrod of Winnsboro.
