David Waters, Arts on the Ridge Co-Chair Virginia Lacy and Fairfield Arts Council Liaison Linda Dye admire a 1963 painting done by David’s wife, the late Elaine Waters, as they prepare a sampling of her work for this weekend’s sixth annual Arts on the Ridge event in Ridgeway Friday evening and Saturday. Elaine’s work may be viewed in the upstairs of Ridgway’s Century House. Other local artists will be displaying their art downstairs and outdoors at the Cotton Yard Market.
