Elections results in for Fairfield County

Unofficial results are in for Fairfield County elections.

For House Seat 41:

Annie McDaniel: 1,987

MaryGail Douglas: 1,496

Palmer Nicholson: 845

Paul Dove: 724

E. Sutton: 255

For Sheriff:

Herman Young: 2,023

Will Montgomery: 1,487

Ed White: 1,439

For Clerck of Court:

Betty Jo Beckham: 2,749

Dorothy Boyd Belton: 2,121

Election officials said it is too early to comment about any runoff elections. Certified votes will be made available on Thursday.
