JENKINSVILLE — A 300,000-gallon tank at Highway 213 had a major leak beneath the road, which caused water usage rates to be higher this month. The issue stemmed from a 2 1/2 inch line that had been cut off and abandoned in the 1970s but remained attached to one live line.
