On Wednesday, March 14 (3.14 Pi Day) students in Mrs. Kelly Nellums’ sixth grade math classes at Fairfield Magnet School for Math and Science presented their knowledge of pi in their own unique ways. Student presentations included animated videos created on the internet, poetry, research papers, songs, dances, PowerPoints, collages, games and even a cake designed with fondant circles and lettering. Students also designed and wore t-shirts representing pi.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Susan Douglass Taylor Concert on April 5 at Club 145 has been canceled.
