WINNSBORO — Spartanburg Christian Academy trounced a young Richard Winn Eagles softball team 12-0 Tuesday evening. Though the girls came up on the short end of this one, Coach Retta Taylor likes what this 8-3 team has shown her this year in terms of competitiveness, hustle and heart.

WINNSBORO — The Griffins baseball team fell behind early and could not really get anything going against a fundamentally sound group of Newberry Bulldogs Friday night. The Griffins lost 10-0 on senior night.
