Graveside services for Cora Lee Black Gladden, age 65, were held at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, February 8, 2008, at 73 Rainbow Acres, Great Falls, SC, conducted by The Reverend Gerald Funderburke. The family did receive friends at the cemetery from 2:00-3:00 p.m. prior to the service. Memorials may be made to The American Heart Association, PO Box 6604, Columbia, SC 29260.

Mrs. Gladden died Wednesday, February 6, 2008, at Chester Regional Medical Center. Daughter of the late Jasper Leroy and Alice Hornsby Black, she was born on June 22, 1942, in Richland County. She was a homemaker and a member of Mt. Olivet Presbyterian Church.

Mrs. Gladden is survived by one son, Toby W. Gladden and his wife Barbara of Great Falls; one daughter, Vickie G. Feaster and her husband James of Chester; and four grandchildren, Doug Gladden, Josh Gladden, Jason Feaster, and Jamie Feaster. She was predeceased by her husband, Horace Castles Gladden, Jr.
