Woman killed in Landis Road wreck

A woman was killed early Sunday morning and a man riding with her was injured in an accident on Landis Road (secondary road 48).

The South Carolina Highway Patrol stated the accident happened around 12:30 am.

Forty - six year old Donna March was riding eastward in a 1999 Kia Sportage, when the vehicle hit several trees. Riding with March was 21 - year - old Franklin March.

He was hospitalized following the accident.

The South Carolina Highway Patrol's Multi-disciplinary Accident Investigation Team is investigating.
