On June 28, Fossil Frank gave summer school students from Fairfield Magnet School for Math and Science and Fairfield Elementary School an archaeological fossil lesson.
Second and third grade students were mesmerized as Fossil Frank shared his knowledge of fossils and dinosaurs that originated in South Carolina.
Mr. Frank Morning, Jr. (Fossil Frank) brought fossils of all shapes and sizes.
During the lesson, students participated in a fossil hunt, looking for hidden treasures such as shells, bones and teeth buried in fossil dirt.
The students were able to take their findings home.
