On Saturday the Wateree State Park will hold the first of its summer movie nights.
Showtime is 9 p.m.
The movie admission is free but the standard fee for park access will apply the event.
Movie watchers are asked to bring lawn chairs and blankets.
The movie shown will be “Big Miracle,” an animal tale that is based on a true story.
It stars Drew Barrymore and John Krasinski.
The state park plans to have another movie event in August.
