High knees and focus are the name of this drill, not to mention speed. Fairfield Central High School Griffins Head Football Coach Demetrius Davis kicked off practices on Friday with one-a-day practice. The teams will practice each morning with the exception of Sundays. The team has two scheduled scrimmages and jamborees for the month of August. The varsity team will have its first scrimmage at Blythewood on Friday.
