Student is speaker at Wayman AME Black History event

The Wayman African Methodist Episcopal Church at 401 South Garden Street in Winnsboro, SC where the Reverend Joseph B. Johnson, Jr. is pastor, will hold its Annual Black History Worship Experience on February 22, 2009 at 3 :00 PM. Wayman AMEC will have as its keynote speaker for this year's Black History observance, Ms. Gabrielle Rubye Johnson, a 13-year-old, seventh grade Honor Roll student at Saint Andrews Middle School in Columbia, SC. Gabrielle is the youngest of three siblings born to Pastor Joseph Johnson and Ms. Karen W. Johnson [including Joseph B. Johnson III (16), and Joshua 1. Johnson (14)].

She is an active member of Wayman AMEC's Young People's Division.
