Downtown Winnsboro welcomes the Cornwallis Tea Company Tea Room. The beautiful newly-renovated building located at 141 South Congress St. will offer their hand-crafted teas and gifts. The tea room will be open Thursday- Saturday 11 a.m.-3 p.m. starting Friday. The kitchen and official opening will take place in the coming months.
