The yard of Lugenia Wilson is this week’s yard of the week winner, with a vast variety of plants and flowers taking center stage on a well manicure landscape it was a no-brainer.
Wilson has lived in her home for 36 years and in the Blair community for 69 years. She is retired from the Fairfield County School District, where she was over food services at McCrorey Liston Elementary.
Wilson enjoys gardening, traveling and doing missionary work as a member of Weeping Mary Baptist Church.
She is the mother of nine children and the grandmother of 14, and enjoys getting her family together to fellowship once a month at her home.
Wilson’s yard has a variety plants and flowers such as ferns, hibiscus, mixed leaf gardenia, ponytail plant, and Thanksgiving cactus just to name a few.
