I never got to know Rev. Bill Porter until very recently while He assisted me in a funeral service for DP Cook. In life there are people you should have known for years but just didn’t have the opportunity to meet; Brother Bill Porter was one of those men. May God bless and give the family strength in this time of loss. A soldier of the Cross has been called from the front lines to receive His next award—Eternity. –Rev. Melvin E. Barnett of First Pentecostal Holiness Church of Winnsboro
