The (pictured, at bottom) Ridgeway and (top) Winnsboro Recycling Centers re-opened for business on Monday, March 16. On hand for the ribbon cutting at both centers were Council Chairman David Brown, Council members Dwayne Perry, Mary Lynn Kinley, and David Ferguson; Director of Public Works, Billy Lucas, Deputy Director of Public / Recycling Manager, Jason Gaston, Fairfield County Administrator Phil Hinely, and Ribbon Holders Davis Anderson, Jr. and Davon Webster Anderson. Fairfield County wants each citizen to keep in mind that each center is one way only (one entrance and one exit). Please follow the new signage.
