WINNSBORO — This little guy is Luke. He is 6 weeks old, very well mannered for a puppy and loves to be held and loved. He would be the perfect companion dog. Luke has had his first distemper/parvo shot and tested negative for parvo. For those wishing to reach out this spring and help the community, the center is always in need of collars, leashes, and canned cat and dog food. The center also is having a February special on cat adoptions. During February any cat can be fully vetted for $35.
