Abba’s Sweet Treats and Gift Boutique was honored last Tuesday as Business of the Year for Winnsboro. The business has a variety of old fashioned candy that can be bought by the piece or by the pound. Homemade jellies and jams, milkshakes and soda floats are just a few of the favorite treats made available to shoppers. Gift baskets are available and customized orders can be made as well.
