WINNSBORO — Oscar is a 1-year-old corgi mix puppy, current on all shots and has been neutered. He might be small, but he is large enough to win your heart at first glance. He has eyes that say “Let me love you” and win your heart. Emerson said the center is in need of cat beds and canned food for dogs and cats, if people are interested and able to help out in those areas.
