WINNSBORO — Grier Hensley, a sixth-grade student at Richard Winn Academy, actively participates in classroom discussions and is always willing to ask questions about material being studied in class. Grier is a confident, eager learner who enjoys academic success. She works hard and shows a great desire to learn. Grier comes prepared to class and strives to do her best at all times. Grier’s math teacher, Kerri Martin, selected Grier as a “Student of the Week” because of her intense determination to succeed and her interest in understanding the many math concepts middle school students are expected to master. Grier is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Guerry Hensley of Winnsboro.
