According to the accident report, compiled by the Winnsboro Department of Public Safety, Marlene Bonita Rikard, 39, of Jenkinsville, was driving four passengers in a 2006 Nissan out of the student parking lot of Fairfield Central High School at 5:40 p.m. Rikard pulled into oncoming traffic on the Bypass and into the path of Ruby Adams, of Ridgeway, who was driving south in a 2003 Volkswagen.
