WINNSBORO — Frankie is a 2-year-old female lab mix. She is extremely sweet, housebroken and spayed. She also is current on all shots. She was adopted as a small pup from the shelter and brought back because the owner lost his job and could no longer care for her.

The center also could use help this winter with donations. Current items that are big needs are collars, canned dog and cat food and toys.
