WINNSBORO — Capital expenditure requests by the Town Electric Department and the Streets/Sanitation/Building and Zoning department are among the items of business for Tuesday’s Winnsboro Town Council meeting. A replacement mower and a used bucket truck are items being considered for purchase. Also town council will discuss legal and contractual matters with Red Clay, wholesale water, the City of Columbia and with an ammonia tank. The meeting is at 6:15 p.m. in Winnsboro Town Hall. The meeting is open to the public.
